Adoption Information

To view an updated list of available pets, visit our space at Petfinder.com!

Before You Adopt: Please consider these factors before filling out an application:

Animals are expensive to care for. They require food, shelter, toys, grooming, and veterinary health and dental care.

Animals require attention. You have to clean up after their messes, protect them from anything that might harm them, and make sure they get adequate play time and exercise. Some require training, which takes patience, love, and commitment.

Adoption Procedures: Adoptor will fill out an application to start the adoption process. We don't adopt on a first come, first served basis, but instead adopt based on what we feel is in the animal's best interest. We DO NOT ship animals.

What is Microchipping???
In less than five minutes your pet can be inserted with this tiny microchip which could be the key to a successful reunion. It's that simple!

The microchip acts as a form of identification. It is not a GPS device. Each microchip contains your contact personal information. The $10 fee is a one-time fee and does not need to be renewed. If, in the unfortunate circumstance your loving pet wanders off, it can be identified by the microchip. Any vet or animal shelter should have a scanner to identify the owner of the lost pet. For only $10 you can prevent endless hours of searching for your loving pet!

A microchip is a tiny capsule, about the size of a grain of rice.

The capsule is injected under the flap of skip on the back of the pet's neck.

Local vet clinics and shelters have a scanner which reads a digital code in the capsule.
